Steve Purcell was extremely efficient, helpful... and especially thoughtful; my husband is unwell and I am his main Carer. Steve kindly arranged for our car to be collected from and dropped off at our home. The drivers who did this were both on time and very pleasant to deal with.The time period for repairs was exactly as promised and Steve kept me informed of progress, throughout the repair period. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I recently used Fastlane via... my insurance to repair damage to my front bumper, side panel and headlight caused by someone reversing into me. I chose Fastlane because they were only one of the few body shop garages that are approved by Mercedes Benz. My experience with Fastlane was exceptional. From collecting my car, to keeping me updated on the different stages of the repair. They called me once a week to keep me posted and also gave me approx times on how long it would be until the next stage. I had some other damage on my bonnet that was not related to the accident and they managed to fix that also. The car looks awesome. Professional workmanship. The car looks as if it has just come out of the showroom. Thank you to Nick and the team at Fastlane. It’s refreshing to see exceptional customer service and workmanship all in one place. Great service all round, I felt completely... assured that my Range Rover was at a great place being worked on by the right people. It was such an easy process, they picked up my car from work and delivered me a courtesy car, they fixed my car as quickly as possible, making it look brand new again. Thank you all for your help and looking after my car, especially Nicholas Petrou, from the very beginning he was extremely helpful and fully understood what customer service is all about. They repaired our 3 month old Mercedes which had... to have a new door after an unusual incident. Whole job took rather a long time as the door replacement from Mercedes took many weeks. However, throughout this time we were kept regularly updated by an excellent member of Fastlane staff, Matthew Davies, and having collected the car this morning I am 100% delighted with what I saw. Paintwork and new door are back to showroom condition.Fastlane seem to be an excellent Firm on all levels. Highly recommended.read more

Absolutely first rate service, from Steve... assessing my car and reassuring me, to the best valet I have ever had. I was updated throughout the repair and the contact was always when promised. They also picked up my car from home and provided a brand new courtesy car. These guys are amazing! Jose gave me incredible... customer service. I was always kept up to date and car arrived back immaculate. I have an Alfa Romeo giulia quadrifoglio so not many places would have the knowledge on how to repair special cars like this and these guys know how to deal with prestige cars. Highly recommended if you have a special car that needs special attention. Thanks again. Great people and great attention to detail.read more
